Birthright U.S. Citizenship Requires Two Elements: U.S. Birth and U.S. Jurisdiction

If (1.)you were born here but (2.)your parents were not you are not a citizen and before you can become one you need to go through the naturalization process. The U.S. Supreme Court just made a mistaken ruling on this and President Trump has been forced to use Congress to set the matter right.
