Can the President Declare A War? No…. Can He Order Military Action Against Another Country? Yes..

Yeah… We know…. Trump is crazy enough to start a war and he can do it because he commands the entire United States Military and each member/person has taken an oath to obey the Commander-in-Chief which is Donald John Trump.. So case closed. He can’t declare a war but he can fight one. CAN CONGRESS STOP HIM?

Well, … No.. At least not in the beginning because they cannot command the military.. Eventually, .. well…. No one knows how to stop the President of the United States from going to war. No one knows because it’s an impossibility unless the military decides to refuse to obey the president which is treason. Treason is punishable by… well,…  whose going to try it?
