Toe clips are designed to allow the bike rider to pull up on the pedals. They consist of two parts. One part is the pedal and the other is the clip on the shoe that engages the pedal with a twisting motion. The rider inserts the pedal flip on the shoe by turning the foot inward, pressing down on the pedal and twisting the foot outward to engage the clip on the pedal. When the clip is engaged the foot must be twisted inward to disengage the clip, Joe Biden couldn’t twist his foot inward fast enough so his foot stayed engaged with the pedal so he couldn’t get his foot down onto the ground to keep himself upright. He couldn’t think fast enough or correctly enough to stop himself from falling so he fell. The slow thinking is a hallmark of a decline in thinking ability and it was completely covered up by the reporters who covered him during his bike ride. They purposely and deceptively covered up his mental decline. Phooey to the reporters, to his wife Jill and to himself for the cover-up.
