Anger is an emotion and sometimes you cannot control getting angry. Anger can be beneficial, for example when you react to evil. Anger can be harmful as when it causes you to confront a superior force. Getting angry can cause a change in your biology to the point where your blood pressure increases and you react physically to the anger which is really a reaction to the external event. When someone hurts someone or something that you value you may react with some level of anger. Yes, there are many types of anger just as there are many types of satisfaction or pleasure. You may be angry because Trump won or that Harris lost. There may be nothing you can do about it. That may increase your anger but that’s when you need to be careful about your physical response because it may lead to something harmful to you or to others. It may lead you to damage property. That’s OK if it’s your won property, property in which or over which you are responsible but if it leads you to damage someone else’s property, that’s no good.
