The rather naïve Philadelphia District Attorney jumped into politics instead of staying in criminal law where he belongs. Krasner has no business suing Musk to operating a lottery by offering “chances to win money” in exchange for their mailing information. In addition the State of Pennsylvania illegally created a monopoly Lottery to collect more tax money instead of increasing taxes. PA operated illegally in monopolizing Lotteries. Krasner is facilitating Pennsylvania’s illegality. Krasner needs to back off. An AMICUS BRIEF needs to be filed to get Krasner out of politics and back in his lane.
