In a fair world Jack Smith would be under indictment for election interference instead to trying to put Donald Trump in jail using fraudulently concocted charges. It’s a race to the finish to see if Trump wins re-election before Smith can convict him. Smith also increased Trumps popularity especially with black voters who identify with police over-reach. Trump should haul Smith into Civil Court and sue him for damages stemming from Smith’s false charges.
