Tran-sexual individuals who are male at birth can compete against girls and women if Letitia James has her discriminatory way against females at birth. Letitia claims it is discriminatory for individuals who consider themselves female even though they were judged male when they were born. Birth sex is determined by a visual examination at or shortly after birth. An individual who appears to have male genetalia is considered male and an individual who appears to have female genetalia is considered female. Males grow into boys and men. Females grow into girls and women. There is a third catagory of individuals who are born with a combination of gonadal tissue who are considered a hermaphrodite. There is no known sports catagory that is exclusive for hermaphrodites.
Letitia James is discriminating against biological girls and women. Boys are bigger than girls. Boys are stronger than girls. Men are bigger and stronger than women but Letitia James completely ignores those facts and her order allows biological boys and men to compete unfairly against girls and women. Heterosexual girls and women who will be disadvantaged and/or harmed by being forced to compete against individuals who are male at birth are not considered at all by James. Her ignoring and/or her ignorance about these issues will disadvantage girls and women. Her order needs to be properly modified to consider those facts of nature. In fact Letitia descriminates against heterosexuals by her order.
