We know people talk to themselves but we don’t know exactely how people talk to themselves because no individual can see the thoughts of another individual.
The basis for Individual Rights is the need to defend and protect each individual from evil.
So the problem becomes: How do we protect that which we cannot see? How do we protect thought? How do we protect thinking? By keeping government away from thought. Everyone thinks alone but some people think about harming others. Get their stuff is the beginning of evil and there is a lot of evil so government is needed to protect us from evil which mens from evil people.
