Why did Trump fail to do what Jack Smith wanted him to do? No where in the indictment does Jack Smith show why Donald Trump failed to do what Smith thinks or thought Trump should do.
There are four elements in a crime and one MOTIVE. No motive, no crime. The Indictment is HERE. Check to see if you can find a motive. Jack Smith thinks Trump committed crimes because he wanted to comit crimes but Smith has no evidence that Trump wanted to commit a crime. None. The indictment utterly fails to explain exactely what Trump should have done. It also fails to grasp that Trump was the determiner of the classification of the documents and if he declassified them by his thoughts or actions they were declassified therefore the FBI should not have touched them.
