Why is it illegal to hide payments for services rendered or to cover “Expenses” whatever they may be as long as the money is not stolen or used to commit a crime which covers even expenses and money given to prostitutes. Besides. No one can ever know if a prostitute is acting as herself or as a businesswoman when she’s doing something. Even if someone has a tape recording of two people engaging in sexual intercourse, which is always legal since there are not nor can there ever be laws that prohibit sex between people, no one can know if the payment is for the sex or for expenses or as an outright gift. Gifts are not prohibited. Sex is not prohibited. No need for Trump to cover-up pament for anything to any person at any time. In addition a payment is distinct from sex so no one, not even the sexual partners can be certain exactely what the money is or was for.
