It’s like Hillary didn’t go to jail for mis-handling documents so No, Hunter Biden won’t go to jail because he’s Joe Biden’s son and the missing documents were not known to be missing until they were found at which point they still remained not missing. Besides, Joe didn’t steal them because they were never claimed to have been stolen. So Hunter is really in the clear, just like he’s been in the clear for his Burisma adventures. 
It would be different if he had orange hair which makes someone guilty of stealing like they claimed Donald Trump was guilty…. Oh… That was Russian Disinformation, huh?
