All compassion and sympathy to John Fetterman but he is clearly cognitively diminished. His pitiful and pitiable debate performance should ease the pain for his supporters. John cannot process spoken words. John cannot process the speech of people like he would have to do in the Senate. John has a visible growth on his neck that didn’t happen yesterday. It’s been there a long time and should have been removed a long time ago. 
It’s presence shows part of the intellectual vacancy in his brain. he should have had removed long ago. John belongs in Re-Hab. It’s clear abuse to use John as a candidate. The PA Democratic Party and the National Democratic Party need to be condemned for continuing to use a clear intellectual train wreck as a candidate. John needs time to heal from his brain-damaging stroke. John needs intellectual help. John belongs in analysis, not a debate. The debate hurt him both intellectually and politically. He didn’t deserve the insult to his humanity of being subjected to international ridicule. Get him into re-hab. Stat!
