If there are more than two genders, nature doesn’t know about it. One word the trans world tries to avoid is “normal”. While there are plenty of things that can go sort of wrong in the development of a human from birth to death, its certain that there are males and females, … period. Some females seem to act like males in certain behaviors like pugnacity and dominance while some males exhibit some female behaviors but no third gender has been revealed. Gay men are biologic males. Lesbian females are biologic females. So-called transgendered people who present or exhibit opposite characteristics still begin life and unless surgically altered will end their lives with their birth genders. Their behaviors may be normal or different than normal but the vast majority are normal. The others can be varying degrees of normal or abnormal but their birth gender doesn’t change. Look at it another way. People are generally free to act however they choose to act but under the behavior is the biological sex. The culture has learned how to change some of the behaviors chemically, surgically and psychologically but those changes are changes away from something and towards something and they can be towards or away from normal. Normal has a meaning regardless of people’s different opinions about normal.
