Obama was president for eight years from 2013 to January 2021. In Feb and March 2014 Putin took The Crimea from Ukraine and The UN, The European Union and The United States did nothing to stop him. Now Putin took most of Ukraine and the jawboning from the West is non-stop but the action to stop Putin is not started.
