Officially and actually we really like iconoclasts but we have standards. We love America so we reflexively hate those who don’t. That sweeps in Rapinoe as well as Kapernick. They have mental defects that cause them to mis-value America. We love America. Having been in 92 countries we confirm America is the greatest ever. Yes we make mistakes but we always try to do the right thing and we succeed. Starting with The Declaration of Independence right up to today. We reject the idea America was started as a notion of slaves. It wasn’t. Slavery has been with humans for multi-thousands of years. Rome.. Carthage… Spain and the Inquisition.. Africa from where some of the Black slaves came, having been sold by their leaders.. It took slave holders to sell slaves. that’s how they came to America. they were not enslaved by America but by their slave owners. America was never a slave founded nation. Never. Rapinoe and Kaepernick and their America-hating followers are simply wrong.
