4:56 PM Election Day, .. Prediction… Before the polls close.
The turnout today was the largest ever according to the political mavens. The Trump support was palpable. The lines were long and the voting required a pen or a pencil because Bucks County scrapped the voting machines that had been used for the past 100 years in favor of paper ballots that were collected in scanners where they are counted.
When the polls close at 8:00 PM the count of the votes should be available in minutes from the scanners at each polling place. Of course there is always some hanky-panky going on in Bucks County where Washington crossed the Delaware. Bucks County is home to some reliable, dedicated Democrat voters and a lesser number of Republicans but the Democrats control the larger voting districts and it there are places where the vote is rigged it will be found where it usually is but it really can’t be found until the vote count is challenged and the scanners interrogated. Good chance that will happen as Trump will overwhelm the numbers which will trigger the easily triggered Trump opposition.
