And he was Flown, not driven to Walter Reed Hospital. It’s up Massachusetts Ave then Right onto Route 395 up near the Beltway to Walter Reed in Maryland, outside the District of Columbia.

“This morning the president is doing very well,” Dr. Conley said. “At this time, the team and I are extremely happy with the progress the president has made.”

The doctors said Mr. Trump had been free of fever for 24 hours and had blood pressure and heart rates that were normal for him. Asked why he moved Mr. Trump to the hospital, Dr. Conley said, “Because he’s the president of the United States.”

And it may be because there is no X-Ray machine in The White House. Nor is there a Medical Laboratory which may be needed to quickly analyze blood and tissue samples by using Chest Computed Thermography. Because chest CT is more sensitive than real-time reverse transcriptase-PCR, the combination of SARS-CoV-2 molecular tests and clinical features is used to diagnose COVID-19. This cannot be done in The White House and since Walter Reed Hospital is not close even using the president’s helicopter it simply makes sense to get the president to Walter Reed.

Dr. Sean N. Dooley, another physician treating the president, said Mr. Trump was feeling optimistic. “He’s in exceptionally good spirits,” Dr. Dooley said. He added that the president told his doctors, “I feel like I could walk out of here today.”

Should Americans be concerned?? Well, yes.. In fact, Hell Yes,..  we should be concerned when a 74 year old develops a serious viral infection that has a probability that the infection could turn into pneumonia, a side effect of COVID-19, a SARS Virus. SARS means: “Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome”. The virus first discovered in Wuhan city, China on December 31, 2019, is known as SARS-CoV-2. See HERE. The sequence data of SARS-CoV exhibited 87–92% identity with bat SARS-CoV and it was concluded bats were the potential natural reservoir for the outbreak of SARS in 2003. According to the latest studies, SARS-CoV-2 has the highest number of casualties in more than 80 countries and is now a pandemic. Unilateral and bilateral pneumonia is found in the chest computed tomography (CT) images or chest x-ray in the patients with COVID-19.
