There is so much hatred shown towards President Donald Trump which proves there are many haters, far too many people who cannot achieve but they can hate. Hate is a legitimate concept because there are a great many evil and dangerous things that can harm people so the emotion to hate is good in those cases. In other cases and especially in the cases where Americans hate President Trump the hate is illegitimate and an over-reaction to something the hater doesn’t like. But hate cannot cure hate. Hate cannot drive out hate because hate is an emotion, not an action. Those who wish to act against the president are intellectually dysfunctional because president Trump hasn’t done anything for which he should be hated. In fact he’s been wrongly attacked by the intelligence community, the FBI, CIA and people in Homeland Security. He underwent a false accusation about Russia or Putin helping him. He underwent the illegal Mueller investigation, illegal because it was based on false accusations. The president needs to see some justice done to the peole who wrongly attacked him. America needs to see the same. It’s past the time the move towards justice for the president should have started.
Dr. King preached: “Returning hate for hate multiplies hate, adding deeper darkness to a night already devoid of stars. Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.” These are wise words. These are words to live by.
