Why does New Jersey regulate beer? It’s none of the government’s business who drinks what so why is the state allowed to get away with laws that restrict the consumption of beer? These wrongheaded laws are an affront to individual Liberty, free speech and consumer choice. Nuts to them and to the draconian legislators who treat people like babies.
