The lawsuit was duly filed in Doylestown, Bucks County, PA at the office of the Prothonotary. The office of the Prothonotary is the Clerk of the Civil Division of the Court of Common Pleas. The Russell case was assigned a case number, meaning it was accepted and is now on record.
The three Russells changed the locks so Jay could not enter his rented home. He is a tenant and tenants possess “Rights” which leads to the announcement that Jay Russell has the Right to run for governor which he intends to do next year.
