The Fitz to be clear could have said: “I cannot support the good ideas of President Trump and the other Republicans because I’m here to fight opioid addiction”.
He could have continued: That’s all I can do because it’s all I can think of. I have one idea and no more. I cannot be held to a higher standard than one idea. I’m a one-idea guy and that idea is opioid addiction.

What’s wrong with the man? He said the ACA: “is broken in many areas” but he doesn’t list any of the areas. He said: “it needs to be fixed” but he couldn’t list any way to fix it. Is this really the best he can do? If so he just handed over the 8th Congressional district to the opposing party.

Congressman Fitzpatrick was raised and educated in the principles of Socialism. We get that. His comments about President Trumps repeal and replacement of Obama’s ACA show more of a Marxian connection than Jeffersonian. He want’s everyone to have 100% medical care paid for by all of the rest of the people. That’s almost a silly statement. He might as well demand everyone should get free tickets to Disney because happy people don’t need opioids to get happy,

It’s far too late to get our Liberty back. All that can be done is to hang on as best we can until the system increases the cost of everything so that a million dollars is worth five cents and then we can start over in a better place.

Health care doubled in price and doubled again as government took over with Medicare and Medicade. It doubled again with Obamacare and it will double and double again and again until it brakes down. President Trump can slow down some of the cost growth but it is too late to stop it.

The Socialists drove up the price of medical care so the poor and middle class couldn’t afford it. The idea that doctors and hospitals can be paid for without any brake on or control of the cost neglects the inflation that keeps payments a bit ahead of costs by using the government and fools people into thinking their money is  worth far more than it is.

It’s too late to elect a Congressman who understands Liberty, personal freedoms and a limited, restricted government that keeps out of the market place and who has the intellectual integrity to push for more freedom instead of more regulation and control. Congressman Fitzpatrick needs to learn that opioid addiction doesn’t start with health insurance and that treatment is not done with doctors and drugs as he believes. Addiction could be a psychosis but the AMA doesn’t recognize opioid addiction as a disease so the Congressman is way off the right path to help addicts get sober.
