It is completely natural to want to live among people like oneself so noticing that white people live among white people just as black people live among black people is not to witness segration. Purposeful togetherness should not be mis-understood as purposeful segration. Segration happens when individuals are forced into un-natural groups. When no one forces individuals no one is segrated or integrated.
