If now-deceased people caused problems for now-deceased victims the time for paying for those actions is gone. No one can be penalized for the actions someone else. If the descendents of slave owners who are now dead are held liable for the actions of the slave owners then the descendents can be the recipients of payment for those damages. Likewise those descendents can be the beneficiaries of the benefits of the actions of the slave owners that accrued to the slaves who were redeemend by the death caused by America’s race war aka The Civil War which was fought on behalf of the slaves against the slave owners.  Yeah,, But,… Well,..
