Freedom of Speech Includes the Freedom Not To Speak But the U.S. Supreme Court just doesn’t get that.

In a truly remarkable case the U.S. Supreme Court utterly failed Law 101 regarding Article Three of the Bill of Rights which reads in relevant part: “.. Congress shall make no law …abridging the freedom of speech.” The Amendment protects the freedom of an individual to speak which while not being stated also means the freedom not to speak.
