No one has a Right to enter America. The border is closed to everyone and America gets to say who can enter. Same as every other country in the world. There’s no Right to Immigrate, only the ability of a potential immigrant to appear at the border and request entry.
In fact, an American returning to America must prove they are American before they are granted re-entry.
That’s what a passport does. It allows someone to pass thru the border.
America doesn’t need terrorists. We don’t need more criminals or more sick people. We don’t need more HIV victims or drug dealers or drug users. We certainly do not need America haters.
