He’s shot!.. Utterly.. Totally, Completely shot intellectually and physically. America and Americans deserve better. Not even CNN could save him or rescue him from himself. Biden is over. No doubt he’s been over for some time but he needs to recognize what’s happened to him and resign. His time in the sun is over. No telling how much longer the doctors can keep juicing him up but they need to step up and stop. Let him alone. Let him go. No one deserves to keep on making themselves an embarassment.
