Joe Biden is hopelessly lost. He’s been that way for quite awhile and he’s been getting worse because he’s in the throes of dementia which does not improve. He is in good shape only for the shape he’s in because while he’s an old man he is till a man in the general sense of the term. But.. Biden is cognitivy compromised. His brain is at best somewhat confused. He can still function is a general sense of the word but he cannot funtion as well as a lot of other people and therin lies the problem for America, for Americans and for the rest of the world. Biden’s mind is shot in the general sense of the concept. Special Counsel Robert Hur’s report characterized Biden as a “well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”…
A recent Harvard Harris Poll found that Biden suffers from a growing perception that he is no longer mentally fit to serve as commander-in-chief.
The poll found that less than one-third — 32 percent — of respondents believe that Biden is mentally fit to serve as President, while 68 percent expressed doubts about his mental acuity.
