He took money from Burisma, right? Well, … yes but it’s not a crime to accept money. It is a crime however if something illegal is done to get the money. What could Hunter have done? How about if he talked to his father in exchange for about a million dollars is that a crime? Nope. It may seem criminal or it may seen unethical but more evidence than seeming to be illegal is needed before Hunter can be accussed to taking a bribe to do something illegal.
Same for the girls. No crime to spend time with naked women unless they were paid by him to have sex with hin while they served time with him. Same for having sex with them. Havng sex isn’t a crime unless someone is paid for it and the payment has to be made in a certain way. Anyone can give away money. Anyone can have sex. Someone can even be given money after having sex. Things sort of work that way in a marriage. People have sex then one of them gives some money to the other one. It can even be in gratitude for great sex. No har. No foul. No crime. The crime is for solicitation of money for sex. Selling illicit sex is illegal. Three words. Three Deeds. Selling.. engagng in illicit behvior and the behavior must be sexual. So the case against Hunter may not be all cut and dried after all. It certainly seems to be on the wrong side of morality but lots of things seem to be different than they are.
