The First Amendment prohibits GOVERNMENT from interfering with America-hater Carolina safety Eric Reid in public, not at a stadium which is not only private, the owners charge people to get inside.

If Reid is opposed to the police he needs to protest in front of a police station, not at the stadium.

The rights of the owners of the stadiums to set standards for the players cannot be stopped by GOVERNMENT. The owners are in full control of what’s allowed and forbidden inside their stadiums. If Reid wants to kneel and the Panthers require standing then Reid can be fired, fined or disciplined by the owners and GOVERNMENT CANNOT STOP THEM.
