What are the primary forcings of the earth system?

The Sun is the primary forcing of Earth’s climate system. Sunlight warms our world. Sunlight drives atmospheric and ocean circulation patterns. Sunlight powers the process of photosynthesis that plants need to grow. Sunlight causes convection which carries warmth and water vapor up into the sky where clouds form and bring rain. In short, the Sun drives almost every aspect of our world’s climate system and makes possible life as w know it.

Earth’s orbit around and orientation toward the Sun changes over spans of many thousands of years. In turn these changing “orbital mechanics” force climate to change because they change where and how much sunlight reaches Earth. Thus, changing Earth’s exposure to sunlight forces climate to change. According to scientists’ models of Earth’s orbit and orientation toward the Sun indicate that our world should be just beginning to enter and new periods of cooling – perhaps the next ice age.

However a new force for change has arisen: humans. After the Industrial Revolution, humans introduced increasing amounts of greenhouse gasses into the atmosphere, and changed the surface of the landscape to an extent great enough to influence climate on local and global scales.  By driving up carbon dioxide levels in the atmospheres (about 30%), humans have increased its capacity to trap warmth near the surface.

Other important forcings of Earth’s climate system include such variables as clouds, airborne particulate matter and surface brightness. Each of these varying features of Earth’s environment has the capacity to exceed the warming influence of greenhouse gasses and cause our world to cool. For example, increased cloudiness would give more shade to the surface while reflecting more sunlight back into space. Increased airborne particles (or “aerosols”) would scatter and reflect more sunlight back to space, thereby cooling the surface. Major volcanic eruptions (such as that of Mt. Pinatubo in 1992) can inject so much aerosol into the atmosphere that, as it spreads around the globe, it reduces sunlight and causes Earth to cool. Likewise, increasing the surface area of highly reflective surface types such as ice sheets, reflects greater amounts of sunlight back to space and causes Earth to cool.

Scientists are using NASA satellites to monitor all of the aforementioned forcings of Earth’s climate system to better understand how they are changing over time and how any changes in them affect climate.

If you believe the news, today’s America is plagued by an epidemic of violent hate crimes.

But is that really true?

In his book: Hate Crime Hoax, Professor Wilfred Reilly examines over one hundred widely publicized incidents of so-called hate crimes that never actually happened. With a critical eye and attention to detail, Reilly debunks these fabricated incidents—many of them alleged to have happened on college campuses—and explores why so many Americans are driven to fake hate crimes. We’re not experiencing an epidemic of hate crimes, Reilly concludes—but we might be experiencing an unprecedented epidemic of hate crime hoaxes.

There’s also the worse effect on warming, the cooling during the night when the earth loses heat into space because space is colder than the sun’s ability to heat the earth. Most of the insane scientists obsessed with proving the earth gets hotter fail to calculate the heat loss during the night when the earth gets a whole lot colder.

A thermodynamic energy balance proves the point but the mathematics of thermodynamics is far beyond the abilities of the Social Scientists who are not scientists at all but merely crackpot scientists with Pinocchio noses that keep growing. .

Today the Crackpots at the Connecticut Supreme Court revived a lawsuit against the manufacturer of the rifle that shot people in the 2012 massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown.

In a surprisingly goofy decision the court agreed with the trial judge that the plaintiffs, a survivor of the attack and relatives of nine people murdered at the school, could sue under the theory that Remington, which owns the company that makes the Bushmaster XM15-E2S rifle used by Sandy Hook shooter Adam Lanza, violated the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA) by marketing the gun, a variation on the Colt AR-15, in a way that emphasized its “militaristic and assaultive qualities.” The court was surprised to learn guns are used by military people to shoot enemies. It should have been advertised as a gas propelling device instead of a gun. That’s like saying lungs cannot be called life supporting systems.

The final crazy-people vote against building the border wall was 59-41 blocking Trump’s emergency declaration. Twelve (12) irrational Republicans joined all 45 Crazy Democrats—plus Angus King (I–Maine) and Bernie Sanders (I–Vt.) and voted yes to not fund the wall. That’s the same as voting NO to fund the wall but the politicians think the people are smart enough to spot phony laws so they tried to trick us by inverting the clauses.  House Resolution 46, originally introduced in the House by Crazy Texas Hispanic Democrat  Joaquin Castro reads: “Pursuant to section 202 of the National Emergencies Act the national emergency declared by the finding of the President…is hereby terminated.”

The resolution passed the House last month in a 245–182 vote. Just 13 Nut-case House Republicans joined all of the certified nut-job Democratic’s to vote in favor of stopping the wall. They then went home to their houses with…. WALLS!!! You Ignorant Bastards!!

Trump’s national emergency tried to get $3.6 billion from the Pentagon’s military construction budget to build the border wall. The president has the legal authority to do that under the 1976 National Emergencies Act, which gives the president extremely broad powers. Plus most sane people like walls, fences, barriers and entry points along the Southern Border to stop the influx of foreigners who just want America’s feee money, aka. Welfare.

Seriously… Who could make-up stuff like this yet it’s true. In all seriousness a Journal of Feminist Geography In Volume 25, Issue #8, they published in their so-called “Themed Section on ‘gender and im(mobilities)’, this mind-blowingly stupid nonsensical screed: “Mobilities and waiting: experiences of middle-aged Latvian women who emigrated and those who stayed put.” The authoress is: “Aija Lulle who is a migration scholar and Lecturer in Human Geography at Loughborough University, UK. She has previously worked at the Universities of Latvia, Sussex (UK) and Eastern Finland.” What is in the water there? Lulle also wrote: “Balkans and Baltics: On Migration as a Factor of Regional Peripheralization. “…. This crazy stuff is far too Nutty to comment upon…

Peripheralization; What is it? “The current increase in socio-spatial inequalities in Europe has led to a revival of the terms “peripheralization” and “marginalization” in spatial research. In contrast to the geographical notion of a “periphery”, which is synonymous with distance to a centre and being situated on the fringes of a city, region or nation, research on “peripheralization” describes the production of peripheries through social relations and their spatial implications. The main part of the article provides a critical review of theoretical concepts which attempt to explain socio-spatial disparities between centralization and peripheralization processes. This includes theories of economic polarization, social inequality and political power. Building on this, a multidimensional concept of socio-spatial polarization is outlined, one which comprises processes of centralization and peripheralization in economic, social and political dimensions. Finally, implications are drawn for spatial planning regarding the polarization between metropolitan and non-metropolitan regions and areas for further research are highlighted.

Do you get this? This is the biggest gaslight project in history. LOFLOL…. Sad… Sad but true. There are these kinds of people around and they are supported by more of them.

Besides, college isn’t really intellectually difficult, … no more than high school because teachers are not the smartest people so why would you believe education is difficult? The teachers who teach went into teaching because they couldn’t make it in the other more difficult disciplines. USC is also called the University of Spoiled Children for the reason that it’s not that intellectually difficult. These kids are not in the STEM classes. They’re in the notoriously easy Social Subjects which are subjective, meaning not intellectually challenging.  The NSF uses an even more broad definition of STEM subjects that the social justice crowd finds difficult to pass which includes subjects in the fields of: chemistry, computer and information technology science, engineering, geo-sciences, life sciences, mathematical sciences, physics and astronomy, social sciences (anthropology, economics, psychology and sociology). Only us NERDS can do this level of work. The rest of the students watch Jimmie Kimmel and go to bed.

Morally you are supposed to be rewarded for your effort, not for the color of your skin but skin color is the only criteria for Affirmative Action.

Morality in America is in tatters because of government actions against mostly white people who have been forced to pay for benefits to non-whites. When government showed it was immoral loads of people decided two can play the game so they resorted to revenge against what was wrongly done to them but it’s a losing battle because no person and most groups cannot fight the government.

Civil Rights Laws punish people for things they never did and reward people for things they never did either. Slavery is wrong but a great war was fought over it, many, many innocent people suffered and many died and it’s was outlawed in the nineteenth century yet white people today are forced to suffer and pay for slavery, something they cannot even conceive of let alone be guilty of.

AA involved every American, all 320 million of us. It was government enforced programs that imposed an assortment of racial criteria on businesses, public offices and universities.

Under AA Most of us were forced to pay for some few who wrongly benefited because of the color of their skin, because of their race. In the college admissions scandal only a few paid, fewer benefited and it was driven by money not race like Affirmative Action. President Obama, Michelle Obama and their daughters benefited because of the color of their skin. Barack Obama perhaps benefited more than anyone else in history from Affirmative Action as it got him into Harvard Law. That improperly penalized a more qualified applicant from a Harvard degree. His advisor Valarie Jarrett benefited because of her race. She was hired by president Obama. that’s a major benefit.

Coulter, who has much more sense, is in some kind of tussle with president Trump. She’s far more erudite than the child-mind AOC,– who tripped into Congress and who should be tripped out in the next election. AOC and her kooky Democrats support a complete ‘Maoist’ Cultural Destruction, not simply a Socialist ‘Redistribution’.

Victor Hanson warned of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s (D-NY) ignorance of American history: “When Ocasio-Cortez says that all she can say about Roosevelt and Reagan is that they were racists, and she has such animus, you can see where this thing is going. She has no appreciation — she has no knowledge — of people dying at Guadalcanal or being blown up in B-17’s over Germany so her parents could immigrate here, or what people died in Korea doing fighting global communism. It’s a pretty scary effort to really destroy the United States as we’ve known it and remake it in some kind of strange identity politics socialist image.

Hanson concluded, “Donald Trump is going to say in 2020, ‘You may not like my tweets, but I’m the only damned thing in between you and socialism. And not even socialism, but Maoism.’”
