It’s bad art. Kehinde Wiley’s Obama portrait is ghastly. Like wallpaper that should be scraped off the walls.
The president is posed sitting in a dark wooden chair amid an overwhelming, busy and distracting backdrop of thick green leaves and some random flowers. The backdrop diminishes the president. He deserves more formality and respect.

He is wearing a shirt that’s designed to have a tie with it. In the disaster of a portrait his collar is open and he isn’t wearing a tie. HERE.

For a formal portrait the president should be shown as formal. The absence of a tie diminishes the formality of the man.

The pose is mundane, almost embarrassingly so. He’s wearing a black suit and white button down shirt with an open color which is far to casual for a formal American president.

Obama is staring off into space with a vacant stare on his face. His hands are far too large. His suit is a mark of a classic formal portrait but the rest of the painting is too informal. The green leaves continue the confused, chaotic appearance of the whole thing. It diminishes the president.

Oh No!!  seemed to be the reaction from the crowd who were present at the unveiling of First Lady Michelle Obama’s official portrait that is supposed to hang in the Smithsonian’s National Portrait Gallery.
The painting was done by Baltimore artist Amy Sherald, who is known for her social justice painting style. It backfired. There’s no justice of the first lady in the portrait.

“Let’s just start by saying, ‘Wow,’ again. Let me just take a minute. It’s amazing. Wow,” Obama said after the portrait was unveiled. The moment was met with a gasp and applause.

All presidents and first ladies have their portraits done and hung in the Portrait Gallery. this one’s a disaster of the largest proportions. It’s a portrait of some kind of bedspread or a blanket for a large horse. It definitely is in the worst taste imaginable for Michelle’s portrait

All the evidence shows Hillary and Obama used the totally made up “dossier” to start the FBI spying on every Trump associate possible. They actually went to the FISA court and presented this, as James Comey apparently called it, “salacious and unverified dossier” as proof for a warrant to spy on most of the Trump inner circle. Already half of the public now believes senior FBI law enforcement officials broke the law to hinder the Trump presidency, according to Rasmussen. A grand narrative of breathtaking conspiracy and corruption awaits as the biggest political scandal in American history unfolds.
The politicization of the FBI by Leftists is being exposed more every day as evidence surrounding the farcical “Russian collusion” witch hunt is brought to light proving Trump was right.

When the Stable Genius tweeted about being “wiretapped” almost a year ago, does anyone now think he didn’t know how tangled this was, and how stupid and thin was their play?  Does anyone now think he hasn’t played his cards right?  God help them, — they underestimated his capacity times ten.  No, times a hundred.  The man is so many steps ahead of them.

While the media and Hollywood have been missing the biggest political story of their lives, they have been reporting on a story (made up by a paid oppo research guy) that was as stupid as the emperor walking out naked in his new “clothes.”  Russia, Russia, Russia. Stupid is as stupid does, … right Forrest?

The FAKE NEWS media is trying to create a false controversy by reporting on three players who will not visit the White House out of the 86 members of the team and their coaches who will definitely make the visit. The three cannot get support for their so-called causes so they tried to diminish the achievements of the entire team by cutting off their noses to spite their faces.

They are neither courageous nor brilliant and their truculence will send a message that the City of Philadelphia has no respect for America. They would be better getting the microphone and telling the president man to man what they are concerned about in the hope they could really change something. Hope their bad judgments will not get them traded because they are first-class footballers but last place logicians.
Since they disrespect our good traditions they should leave America and spend their off-season time in one of the lesser nations from which president Trump will not allow immigration. Perhaps they aren’t so sure of their anti-America stands as to actually put their money where their mouth’s are and invest and live in one of the lesser countries or cultures from which the president is refusing to accept immigrants. Three dumb young men.

Facts are stubborn things and no amount of Marvel comic book fictions will change them; the world is full of trickery; you are a child of the universe, and the universe is unfolding just as it should, . . . thank you Desiderata and Donald Trump.
