It’s the failure to lead. It’s the chaos caused by the failure to lead. In 2008 and 2009, at the two Supervisor meetings a month where the results of the failures of the leadership caused citizens to be outraged, the citizens spoke up. They were rudely shut up – by the failed leaders. The two meetings a month were changed to one. That cut the protests in half. The township lawyers got busy and finished the job of prohibiting protest at the meetings. No more comments allowed except at the beginning before the Supervisors even talk about the aganda items. At the center of the controversy was the supervisor who is running for re-election. I’m running against him. I want the freedom to speak out back. Let the people speak.
