A Bell Curve is the shape of the line on a chart that has the measurements of the intelligence of the population. It’s also the title of Charles Murray’s book about IQ in America. An easy read because Murray took out most of the equations from the narrative and put them in the back of the book.
“The Bell Curve” focused on intelligence. It analyzed the effects of IQ on America. The book was quickly discredited by the Liberals, the Left and the race-baiters as an attack on black people because it provides an answer or at least part of an answer to why people are not equal, viz., their intelligence meaning their intellectual ability is different . . . . . by race.
“If you are obsessed with equality, as they are in Europe, what you end up with is chronic unemployment. Because the real engine of growth is low regulation, low taxation and you allow the golden goose, meaning the private economy, to go ahead and to flourish. And when you over regulate and you overtax it, especially if you are doing it in the name of reducing inequality, you are going to get the
opposite effect.” – Charles Krauthammer on “The O’Reilly Factor”
Murray and Krauthammer are right. People are not only not equal, it is savagely brutal to treat them as though they are. Atrocities like social promotion, forcing the same-wages for different work, social engineering and other equalizing tactics are treason to the capable.
