The West End Water and Sewer problems continue. The Board of Supervisors which means the three people, “TROIKA” who control the decisions, continues to mis-manage the debacle where they charged the citizens of the West End $10,000 to get permission from the Water and Sewer Authority, which is run and controlled by the TROIKA, to connect their sewers. No other Northampton citizen was ever charged that much. Bad Governing in action. The TROIKA continues to stink up the township. VOTE ‘EM OUT.
