Frank Rothermel did indeed lessen traffic in Richboro when he signed the ORDER rejecting the increased traffic proposal HERE. The increased traffic was certain to happen. PennDot certified it. Rothermel, Cunningham, Komelasky and Silver signed the Order. Supervisor Vincent Deon did not.
The GIANT Supermarket hearings went on for a year. The ORDER from Northampton Township was unusually detailed. It was issued in 2012. The increase in traffic was clearly identified in numerous places and by many experts.
