It’s not used by the Sewer Board. The Sewer Board buys 100% of their electricity from the candidates company. What’s the benefit of the solar panels to the Sewer Board? Zero. Zip, Zilch, Nada, – no value at all. What a sweet deal for the candidates company. What a bad deal for Northampton. These people should resign.
