Where Are The 2011 Budgets?

Northampton Government presents two budgets. One for the Towhship. The second for the Water and Sewer authority.

As of today, the WSA has no info on the Twp Website for 2011. The spending in 2010 is not available either.

The Twp Supervisors approved a preliminary budget for 2011 for the township but there’s no info available from them about the WSA. Corrupt? Incompetant?

Incompetant Management would be better than the lack of it.
