The Bureau of Labor Statistics fiddles around with their seasonal adjustments and literally creates jobs making the stimulus program look good when it is a disaster. The BLS lied when it reported 151,000 jobs were added in October 2010 because the alleged jobs were only numbers, not jobs, which came about when the arithmetic was changed. The higher number resulted when the Seasonal Adjustments to the Mass Layoff Data for the entire prior year were revised. Numbers are not jobs.
