The Congressman put the world on notice he will follow his conscience and oppose President Donald Trump but how does he know whether his conscience is providing him the correct guidance? Suppose, and this is the actual case, his conscience is mis-programmed? How do we know that? How do we know when a conscience is giving us wrong information? Because the Congressman is giving us an example.
One rule about computers is “Garbage in Garbage Out”. The Congressman’s conscience has accepted a lot of garbage. He was exposed to a lot of left-wing principles when he went to school and he went to school more than most people

The Congressman is new to his position but he needs to cleanse his soul and thereby his conscience, replace his wrong ideas with the right ones, replace the garbage that caused him to reject President Trump, support our President, join him and then start to actually help our president defeat the Terrorists.
