America, Russia and China will control the fate of the planet for the foreseeable future. Three men are in charge. They are opposed to each others countries, cultures and politics.
Of course they will work together on some things and oppose each other on others.
Henry Kissinger met with Trump and described Putin as a “character out of Dostoyevsky,” saying, in an interview with CBS’s Face the Nation, that Putin is “a man with a great sense of connection, an inward connection, to Russian history as he sees it.”
When asked about the US president-elect, Kissinger said he sees the election of Trump as an opportunity to reshape US foreign policy. Trump actually “has the possibility of going down in history as a very considerable president,” he noted.
“Donald Trump is a phenomenon that foreign countries haven’t seen,” Kissinger added.Trumps presidency and Trump will be consequential. Kissinger also said it’s important Trump gets closer to Putin than Putin gets to China. He comes with no baggage.
Putin and Trump have a common enemy in the Middle East and it’s destabilizing efforts around the world. Europe has an interest but seems pitifully unable to get traction against it’s enemies who have migrated into Europe and Europe remains bewildered as to how to cope. neither Trump nor Putin would seem to have any problem handling a situation such as illegal immigrants. Trump announced he’s building a border wall and will engage in “Extreme Vetting” of potential refugees and immigrants. No one would doubt Putins ability to handle such problem people.
China is an easier problem for Trump. basically it’s an economic problem. Trump wouldn’t confront China with any sort of military challenge but Trump will be a forceful negotiator on behalf of America.
Neither America nor Russia have any need or desire to take over the other country. there are other issues between America and Russia and between NATO and Russia. trump gives the appearance that he will stand up to Putin and that Putin will work with Trump to cool off hot spots. Putin also said: Russian President Vladimir Putin said Friday that he will visit American if President-Elect Trump invites him. He declined to give a time frame.
“If Trump invites me to come to the United States, then I will certainly come,” Putin told reporters, reported Russian State News Agency TASS. It seems clear that a proper relationship has begun between trump and Putin. Good.
