Kissinger calls Trump a ‘phenomenon that foreign countries haven’t seen’.

At Oslo on Dec 11th Dr. Kissinger described US President-elect Donald Trump as “a personality for whom there is no precedent in modern American history” and:
“Donald Trump could go down in history as a “very considerable president.”
Kissinger also warned against judging Trump on his campaign rhetoric.

“No doubt, the president-elect is a personality for whom there is no precedent in modern American history. And his campaign included rhetorical elements challenging patterns considered traditional.

“Before postulating an inevitable crisis, an opportunity should be given to the new administration to put forward its vision of international order.

“The international debate should be over evolving American policy, not over campaign rhetoric. But the overriding quest for peace and stability has dominated every American presidential administration I have studied and known.

“Many of the contemporary structures of peace have had either American support or American origin. I hope and believe that in the decades ahead, the United States will continue to fulfill its history and tradition of building world peace.

Our View: Trump is an American. Born in America in the first half of the 20th century 1 year after the end of WWII. He was 13 years old when the Korean truce at the 38th parallel was signed and 30 years old when the Vietnam war ended with the American departure from Saigon, the first war America lost. That hurt.

Trump and others have watched Obama demean and diminish America and we and he want to change that so America regains it’s place among the great powers of the earth. We’re tired of being castigated by the Liberal, politically correct crowd that has been providing advantages to some by taking things away from others.

We want justice. Trump campaigned on that. We will hold him to that promise but he’s way ahead of most of us on that. the man is an American Sky-Rocket that will light up things and put America where America belongs.

It’s too much to expect what was taken from a lot of people will be returned but at least he has put a tourniquet on the bleeding away of our resources. We believe he’s the right man for the job and we wish him well.
