If America Is Such An Affluent Society”, How Come There Are Ghetto’s Like Ferguson, Camden, Detroit, Philadelphia and More??

The Liberals caused the expansion of the Welfare State by attacking the wrong causes of poverty. Government policy may pay the poor people so they can live but what causes them to be poor? It’s not education which has become so phenomenally huge that everyone gets educated by well paid teachers.

Integration eliminated segregation as a cause or poverty. America even pays for cellphones for the poor. What then causes poverty?
