What’s the motive for Obama to support gun-running?

To make America more like Indonesia? Indonesians need a license that is only issued to official people. It’s as close to a total gun ban as China and that’s The Obama Paridigm. A Gun Ban. No half-measure like the Brady Bill. A China-style ban against civilian guns.
