UN Agenda 21 has been condemned by the Republican National Committee.  Agenda 21,- started in Rio in 1992 and continued in Johannesburg in 2002,- is the UN plan to change the Cultures of the Nations of the World. That means exactely what it says.  The Agenda 21 For Culture is the first document with a worldwide mission that advocates establishing the groundwork of an undertaking by cities and local governments for Cultural Development.

Agenda 21 – The UN Blueprint for the 21st Century

 Agenda 21 outlines, in detail, the UN’s vision for a centrally managed global society. This contract binds governments around the world to the United Nation’s plan for controlling the way we live, eat, learn, move and communicate – all under the noble banner of saving the earth. If fully implemented, Agenda 21 would have the government involved in every aspect of life of every human on earth.
Agenda 21 spreads it tentacles from Governments, to federal and local authorities, and right down to community groups. Chapter 28 of Agenda 21 specifically calls for each community to formulate its own LocalAgenda 21:

Each local authority should enter into a dialogue with its citizens, local organizations, and private enterprises to formulate ‘a Local Agenda 21.’ Through consultation and consensus-building, local authorities would learn from citizens and from local, civic, community, business and industrial organizations and acquire the information needed for formulating the best strategies.” – Agenda 21, Chapter 28, sec 1.3

Resolution Exposing United Nations Agenda 21

WHEREAS, the United Nations Agenda 21 is a comprehensive plan of extreme environmentalism, social engineering, and global political control that was initiated at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1992; and,

WHEREAS, the United Nations Agenda 21 is being covertly pushed into local communities throughout the United States of America through the International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI) through local “sustainable development” policies such as Smart Growth, Wildlands Project, Resilient Cities, Regional Visioning Projects, and other “Green” or “Alternative” projects; and,

WHEREAS, this United Nations Agenda 21 plan of radical so-called “sustainable development” views the American way of life of private property ownership, single family homes, private car ownership and individual travel choices, and privately owned farms; all as destructive to the environment; and,

WHEREAS, according to the United Nations Agenda 21 policy, social justice is described as the right and opportunity of all people to benefit equally from the resources afforded us by society and the environment which would be accomplished by socialist/communist redistribution of wealth; and,

WHEREAS, according to the United Nations Agenda 21 policy National sovereignty is deemed a social injustice; now therefore be it

RESOLVED, the Republican National Committee recognizes the destructive and insidious nature of United Nations Agenda 21 and hereby exposes to the public and public policy makers the dangerous intent of the plan; and therefore be it further

RESOLVED, that the U.S. government and no state or local government is legally bound by the United Nations Agenda 21 treaty in that it has never been endorsed by the (U.S.) Senate, and therefore be it further

RESOLVED, that the federal and state and local governments across the country be well informed of the underlying harmful implications of implementation of United Nations Agenda 21 destructive strategies for “sustainable development” and we hereby endorse rejection of its radical policies and rejection of any grant monies attached to it, and therefore be it further

RESOLVED, that upon the approval of this resolution the Republican National Committee shall deliver a copy of this resolution to each of the Republican members of Congress, all Republican candidates for Congress, all Republican candidates for President who qualify for RNC sanctioned debates, and to each Republican state and territorial party office and recommend for adoption into the Republican Party Platform at the 2012 Convention.

Agenda 21 wants people to live in large buildings, not single homes, not multiple family homes, High -Rise Apartment Buildings.

Agenda 21 wants people to use less fuel, by living in more efficient places, like High -Rise Apartment Buildings

Agenda 21 wants people to save fuel by using more fuel efficient means of transportation, like Public Transportation, that means Busses, not cars. That means Bicycles, not cars. That means Walking, not cars.

Agenda 21 wants people to use more efficient means to go shopping, that means not Busses; Not cars; Not bicycles, walking. Walking to Stores.

Agenda 21 wants people to use more fuel efficient means to shop. That means shopping in stores that are close to the apartment buildings, stores to which people can walk. Walking says the UN uses less fuel than cars or busses.

Single family homes are not fuel efficient. Multi-family buildings are more fuel efficient. Large apartment buildings are more efficient. Living in apartment buildings instead of Fuel Wasting Single Family Homes is more fuel efficient and is kinder to the environment.

There are millions of words that contribute to Agenda 21. For 40 years Agenda 21 has been working behind the scenes preparing people to “Leave A Smaller Carbon Footprint” Have you heard those words? Of course. When? How long has “Carbon Footprint” been in your vocabulary?

Some States have banned Agenda 21. Why? Partly because it’s un-Constitutional. It violates American’s Property Rights. It violates Due Process. Another clue to how bad Agenda 21 is that the mainstream press supports and encourages it but of course they keep their support secret.
