Obama Uses The U.N To Destroy Congress

He made the American Congress irrelevant for Treaties by by-passing the Congress and going to the U.N. for approval of the Iran Nuclear Treaty. That puts him in violation of his Presidential Oath. It’s also an irrelevancy for American approval of the Iran Nuclear Deal.

It’s a Treaty. Legally and actually it’s an agreement with a foreign government regardless of what’s it’s called. That makes it a treaty. Approval of treaties requires 67 Senators to approve it. Until and unless that happens the Iran Nuclear treaty isn’t approved by the United States. Read the Constitution.

It doesn’t matter that Obama went to the United Nations to get the treaty approved. If it’s approved by every country there it’s still not approved by America unless and until the Senate approves it.

Obama has betrayed America.
