No, it’s not true. Most whites are accepting of blacks. Dig deeper and find some whites marrying blacks. That contradicts the idea of a universal mal-treatment of blacks by whites.
Why is there such a divide among white and black? Simple. Not enough jobs. If that’s the case the solution is simple. Find jobs for black people.
Suppose most black men had good jobs. What would happen to the divide when white people and black people work at the same business? Not a phony forced integration but a normal job? Some would still have the race based animosity but when people work close together 8 hours a day the differences seen to get less and less until they get to not much difference at all.
