Of course. Brazil is an example of a culture with so little racism is can be proclaimed as not racist, a culture that cannot be claimed cured racism as much as it just seems to ignore race, at least it ignores race far more than other cultures.

But that perhaps begs the question if racism in America can be cured. the fast answer is probably not. The longer term answer is yes but. The but is because of how long it will take. Racism is a community issue. Racism on an individual basis doesn’t exist. OK. Some people can never let go of their attitudes towards other races, cultures and genders. They won’t change but they aren’t the majority.
