Here’s what Holder said today:
“At the same time, good law enforcement requires forging bonds of trust between the police and the public. This trust is all-important, but it is also fragile. It requires that force be used in appropriate ways. Enforcement priorities and arrest patterns must not lead to disparate treatment under the law, even if such treatment is unintended. And police forces should reflect the diversity of the communities they serve.”
Law enforcement relies on force, not trust. Good law enforcement works against the human tendency of conspiracies to cover-up crime. the AG should know that but because he doesn’t know that his idea of law enforcement is not only completely wrong it’s defiantly wrong.
Holder is against law enforcement and his remarks prove it because he failed to identify that Force is the purpose of law enforcement. In fact, the legal use of force is the great power given to the police. That power is not based on “bonds of trust”. Police work is not about trust but about solving crimes and using force to arrest people who commit crimes. That requires evidence but not trust. If the criminals trusted the police they could get away with all sorts of crimes because the police could be trusted not to enforce the law.
Holder believes the trust is fragile. If it is, it’s his job to make it strong otherwise the police would be in danger because their basis to enforce the law is not strong enough for them to do it.
If there are “enforcement priorities” as Holder believes, who sets those priorities and who decides which crimes come first? Same for “Arrest Patterns”. If police select which crimes to enforce they must be made to stop the patterns and arrest criminals as soon as possible.
If police are guilty of “Disparate Treatment” that must be stopped and it’s holders job to stop it. If disparate treatment in unintended then it’s proper treatment. If it’s intended it must be stopped.
The biggest outrage of the Attorney general is the insult to every citizen that “police forces should reflect the diversity of the communities they serve”. That wrong presumption condemns every black police office serving a white neighborhood. It’s Racist at it’s Core. Black police must enforce the law, not serve the cultural moods of a certain neighborhood.
What if the community is criminal? Holder would have us accept criminals as cops so the nature of the community is supported despite laws against criminals. Suppose a community is racist? Biased against gays? Jewish? Holder is saying that only racist cops can serve in racist communities. Same for gay cops in gay communities and Jewish cops in Jewish neighborhoods.
Holder is all wet in his thinking. He’s a very dangerous personality in a very important position. He should resign. He should be fired. He should be prosecuted. He’s the wrong man in the wrong job at the wrong time.
