President Obama refuses to secure the Southern borders. The Southern governors should send in the National Guard units to at least collect the illegals and contain them from over-running the citizens of the border states.
Send in the State Militia.
Who controls the State Militia? The Governors of the states, same as they control the State Police.
The Second Amendment reads:
“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed”.
Any State with a well regulated Militia would be capable of defending itself from Federal tyranny. That would be the militia’s of California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas.
Would President Obama order the American Military to capture and kill the state militia’s?
Unfortunately, tyranny doesn’t respect the law. Neither Does President Obama.
So the answer would be that most likely President Obama would order the military to attack not only the State Militia’s, the State Police and the National Guards of the four Southern States but it would take time.
Perhaps in that time President Obama will come to his senses, secure the Southern Border and return the illegal immigrants to their home countries.
Suppose those countries are too dangerous to return the people who left?
That’s the job of the United Nations. But suppose the UN doesn’t want to or refuses to act?
Well, that would mean they wouldn’t act against America if America took over the dangerous countries.
Should America invade the dangerous countries?
