From Rasmussen, a poll shows: “53% Think Neither Political Party Represents the American People.”

Of the remaining 47%, 28% disagree and 19% aren’t sure. That helps understand the problems Americans face in the voting booth because they won’t vote for people who don’t represent them. One of the reactions of voters who feel left out is to not vote. Another is to write-in someone’s name but neither of those choices mean much.

Why? Because political choices are dictated by one of the two parties. People know that. Who can blame people who don’t vote because their vote doesn’t make much difference to the rulers.

So the answer to the question in the headline is: Nobody.
